Les Mouettes is located in the heart of Ballito, known for its beautiful beaches, stunning rock and tidal pools. It is a bustling,thriving beach side village with great and famous restaurants and shops.
Ballito has boomed in recent years and is a short drive (15 minutes) from King Shaka International Airport and less than a half hour drive from Umhlanga.

Sands Beach Break Ballito is a lovely spacious apartment which can sleep 4 people and is situated on the water's edge.
The secure complex has a lockable gate which has direct access to the beach and boardwalk.
The unit consists of 2 spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and has a modern bathroom with a shower.
The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, an oven, a fridge, a microwave as well as various other appliances.
The lounge area has a TV with DSTV channels as well as free, unlimited fibre
There is a breakfast nook with chairs to enjoy your meals.
The balcony of the apartment has comfortable outdoor furniture with spectacular views of the sea where dolphins and whales frolic.
There is a communal braai area with a lovely large swimming pool for all apartment residents
The main swimming beach has lifeguards as well as shark nets for the safety of all the beach-goers. There is also safe parking on site for your vehicles, as well as a security guard

Everything - From the time you enter the complex you feel like you on holiday and the room itself is absolutely stunning with a beautiful view.
The accommodation was superb, it's well kept and dealing with the owner was lovely. I would recommend it to anybody.

Beautiful views over the ocean, great swimming facilities. Walking distance to many amenities. Friendly staff. The unit is clean and even though in close proximity to other restaurants ect. The kitchen is well equipped. Safe and secure. Key collection and return was effortless.
The unit has a fantastic location and offers beautiful sea views. It is clean and offers more than required to have a comfortable holiday. The small additional touches like bath bubbles, fresh flowers on arrival etc really are a spoil. Thanks Sandy!
